Plastic Chain and Post Barriers

Set up a barrier quickly and economically with plastic chain and stanchion posts. For outdoor or indoor use. Weather-resistant plastic components contain a UV inhibitor and will not rust or corrode. Choose yellow, black or white chain and post; other colors and striped stanchion posts are available by special request. Create your barrier system by selecting the appropriate number of stanchion posts, chain length and accessories.
Stanchion Posts
Impact-resistant polystyrene has top slot for placement of chain and then ball top for keeping the chain in place. Hollow polyethylene base can be filled with gravel, sand or other substance for added stability. 41 inch height, 2 inch diameter (with a wall thickness of 0.060 inch), 3 inch diameter ball top and 14 inch diameter base.
Chain Links
Lightweight, yet remarkably strong, polyethylene plastic. Each link is 2 x 1 x 1/4 inches. The most common chain lengths are listed, but chains may be custom-cut to any length less than 500 feet.
Accessories
Master Link permanently joins two separate chains to increase length and give a seamless look. S-Hooks feature open ends which quickly link and unlink separate lengths of chain. C-Hooks fit into top of post to attach separate lengths of chain. Sign Holder Adapter replaces the ball top and has a slot which can hold a sign up to 1/16 inch thick and 12 inches wide.
