The specially designed vanes on this probe give identical readings whether the air flow comes from the front or the back. Especially useful for fume hoods. The sensitivity and balance of the low friction bearing enables measurement of even the weakest air currents. The large liquid crystal display simultaneously provides air speed, temperature, unit of measure and low battery indication. Hold function freezes the results. This instrument also features maximum/minimum average functions, automatic power shutoff, RS-232C output and detachable probe. 9V battery and carry case included. Measures 7 x 3 x 11/4 inches.
