Brandtech* Diaphragm Vacuum Pumps

Integrated systems for evaporative applications incorporate a quiet, high-performance chemistry-design diaphragm vacuum pump with vacuum control. All pumps are constructed with chemically-resistant materials, such as PTFE, for operation without cold traps in most applications. Integrated gas ballast continuously purges pumps of internal condensation, improving performance and significantly increasing pump lifetime.
All PC vacuum systems are powered by either a Vacuubrand MZ2C (7 torr model) or MD4C (1.5 torr model) diaphragm pump for high flowrates at working vacuum. An inlet catchpot captures most vacuum line condensation to preserve pump performance and ensure long service life. Outlet condenser recovers solvents and controls solvent vapor emissions. Condenser and catchpots are borosilicate glass.
PC510 has a two-point electronic control and a solenoid valve for more critical applications, such as rotary evaporation.
PC511 adds a second flow-controlled port to the PC510. Integrated check valves minimize interaction.
