Shel Lab* Water Baths

High-performance water baths are accurate, easy to use, safe and durable. The digital set/digital read PID temperature controller maximizes rapid heat-up with no temperature overshoot. A microprocessor achieves precise temperature control regardless of how the unit is loaded. Calibration is performed directly from the front panel. Temperature range is 5� above ambient to 100�C (with included gabled cover). Temperature uniformity is �0.2� @ 37�C. A warm-air-jacketed design radiates heat up the sides of the tank, not just from the bottom-�eliminating hot spots. A non-contact, recessed heating element is used to prevent burnouts due to lack of water. Tank construction is one-piece, using drawn-type stainless steel, eliminating any seams to leak. Housings have a high quality textured powder coat finish eliminating rust and chipping. Strongly resistant to nicks, scratches and corrosives. 110V, 600W, 5.4 amps.
