Designed for Western, Southern or Northern blots. Proteins and nucleic acids from agarose or acrylamide gels can be transferred onto nitrocellulose, nylon, DEAE or other derivatized paper. Platinum wire is mounted in recessed channels of electrode panels for protection. Blotter includes internal glass cooling base, safety cover with interlocking bussed together power leads, two electrode panels, tubing adapters and one cassette.
