Polycarbonate plates are available to fit all current 96-well heat blocks on the market. Catalog no. 958-25537 has a ridge inside the wells for sample loading and for sequencing reactions. For oil-free operation, plates must be used with sealing tape or a sealing mat and used in conjunction with thermal cyclers that have heated lids. Non-sterile.
