Molecular/Por* Ultrafiltration Flat Membranes

Recommended for use with stirred cells, these molecular filtration membranes are tested at specific pressures for different MWCO. Higher pressure (50 psi) is used for lower MWCO (10,000 Daltons and below) and lower pressure (30 psi) for higher MWCO (20,000 Daltons and above). Packaged dry. Washing with deionized water or dialysis buffer will free the membrane of its wetting agent. Membranes are conditioned and plasticized with glycerin. They are made of cellulose ester, are hydrophilic, have fair organic chemical resistance, low macromolecular absorption and are not autoclavable.
