BrandTech* Handystep* Electronic Repeating Pipette

A micro-processor controlled, battery-operated pipette. It is the only electronic repetitive pipette compatible with most standard syringe tips. The HandyStep Eectronic utilizes a unique tip-recognition system that automatically identifies the new encoded BRAND PD-Tip* Syringe Tips. The rugged mechanism "reads"� the specially coded plungers and displays the nominal volume of the tip, the default dispensing volume, and the corresponding number of dispenses upon insertion.
Because of its broad tip compatibility, the HandyStep* Electronic can dispense any volume between 1.0 �l and 50 ml, including non-standard volumes such as 9.2 �l, 25 �l, 260 �l or 1250 �l.
Features three operational modes: pipette, dispense and an intuitive auto-dispense mode in which the pipette "learns"� the user's dispensing rhythm, and maintains it as long as the control button is pressed-�no time-interval programming is needed. 230-48208 includes charging stand and NIMH battery.
