Designed specifically for use in cleanrooms up to Class 10. Four-stage filtration including final stage ULPA filter for 99.999% efficiency at 0.12 microns. Hose and accessories are made of conductive material to provide ESD protection. The motor is interference-suppressed so as not to affect sensitive electronic equipment. Both motor and container are equipped with positive twist safety latches to protect against accidental spills. Motor thermal protection prevents overheating. Nilfisk GM-80CR cleanroom vacuum includes accessories, bags and factory installed filters. Replacement items sold separately.
