Oakton* Thermometer/Timer

This countdown timer includes a remote, heat-resistant probe which measures temperatures from 32° to 392°F (0° to 200°C). User can set temperature set point, time set point and start/stop memory simply by pressing a button. The timer has a built-in alarm for both temperature and time, after sounding, the timer counts up elapsed time from the set point. °F/°C is switch selectable. Includes one 6.5 in. stainless steel probe with a 4 ft stainless steel braid over FEP-insulated wire and one AAA battery. Thermometer has 1°C resolution and ±2°C accuracy. Timer features one second resolution and ±2.5 second/day accuracy.
