The Sand Equivalency Test set serves as a rapid field correlation test to indicate relative proportion of clay like or plastic fines and dust in fine aggregates or soil.

• Separates the sand and clay particles within a sample
• A comparative reading is determined between the settled sand particles and the suspended clay particles in the measuring cylinder provided
