Have donor provide urine specimen. Inspect the specimen temperature, should be between 90-100 degrees F.
Open and remove iCASSETTE device and place on a flat, clean, level surface. Using the liquid transfer pipette, place 2-3 drops of specimen in each of the sample wells.
In 3-5 minutes, lines will begin to develop in the test windows of the iCASSETTE. Once the "C" control lines have clearly developed, the test results are ready to interpret.
Interpret the results. A "negative" test indicated by a "C" control line and a "T" test line. A "positive" test is indicated by the presence of only a "C" control line and NOT a "T" test line. An "invalid" test is indicated by a missing "C" Control line or a missing "C" control and a missing "T " test line.
